What we collect at checkout

Your name and email address, the profile you bought, the amount paid, and basic marketing attribution (which page you arrived on, the referring site, and any UTM campaign values). Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our systems.

Why we collect it

To arrange and send your C-me questionnaire link, keep a record of the sale, and understand which pages bring people to us.

Sharing with C-me

C-me provides the questionnaire and the digital profile. To arrange your access, Designedly passes on the details needed to set up your questionnaire, such as your name and email address. C-me handles your answers and your resulting profile under its own terms.

Retention, rights and contact

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and customer support. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
